LeetX Squads
A browser extension that turns LeetCode practice into a daily habit you keep with friends.
What it is
LeetX Squads keeps your LeetCode streak on the toolbar icon, adds a solve timer and notes panel to every problem page, schedules spaced reviews, and lets friends share a six-character squad code to see who solved today, nudge each other and race in 1v1 duels. Every accepted solution is backed up to a GitHub repo you own.
How it works
- Streak, freeze and review logic runs in the extension; progress shows as a heatmap with topic mastery and 21 achievements.
- Squads and duels use Firestore with anonymous auth, protected by security rules.
- Accepted solutions are committed to your own GitHub repository with runtime, memory and notes.
- Roadmaps for Blind 75 and NeetCode 150 track progress per topic.
Engineering and proof
- About 80 tests: unit tests, a Firestore security-rules test and a multiplayer end-to-end suite on the Firestore emulator.
- A GitHub Actions workflow runs the tests and publishes release packages for Chrome and Firefox (version 2.0.0).
- Installer scripts, an architecture document and a privacy table.
